Exploration in Progress | 10:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Brief lightning-round talks where more than 20 National Geographic Explorers will share updates on their current projects.

Introducing the 2017 Emerging Explorers | 2:00 PM – 2:15 PM: Honoring our new class of innovative thinkers and change makers from around the world. Meet our 2017 Emerging Explorers.

Transformative Tech | 2:15 PM – 3:30 PM: These creative minds are deploying innovative technology to aid new discoveries and a deeper understanding of our planet. Speakers: Charlie Hamilton James, Corey Jaskolski, Jennifer Lopez, and Grace Young.

Community Innovators | 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM: Working hand in hand with local communities to protect cultural heritage as well as critical ecosystems. Speakers: Keolu Fox, Hindou Ibrahim, Hotlin Ompusunggu, and Joe Riis.
